🛺 General Rules for ATV's and Golf Cart's
- ATV and Golf Cart's must be registered with the RVCL Office and display a valid permit
- All Golf Cart operators must hold a valid driver's license
- Golf Carts require a slow-moving sign
- All ATV operators must hold a valid driver’s license OR:
- 12 years of age and have completed an ATV Safety Course can operate an ATV with the supervision of an adult
- Helmets are required for all riders on ATVs, as per provincial law
- Operation is permitted only on Municipal roads with posted speed limits 40kms or less and not Provincial Highways except to cross
- Please obey all traffic signs
- No driving on public beaches, parks, or green spaces

Our CSO is available to answer questions, clarify licensing requirements, and ensure all vehicles are operated safely and in accordance with Village bylaws.
Reminder: All ATVs and golf carts operating within the village limits must be properly licensed and follow local regulations. Failure to comply may result in fines or enforcement action.
